Complaints policy:

If you have found the service provided to be less than adequate please contact the office to discuss making a complaint which we will try to resolve as soon as possible.  


Abuse Policy:

It is the policy of this practice to treat all patients with dignity and respect and as such we do not tolerate abusive aggressive or demeaning behaviour to any of our staff.  You will be asked to leave the premises if found to be behaving inappropriately towards any member of the team.


Emergency Services Disclaimer:

If your condition requires immediate hospitalisation such as requiring an ambulance to bring you to your nearest casualty department please contact 999/112 and request an ambulance.
